I cant quite believe its Easter once again! I have decided this year to pull back with the amount of Easter eggs that I buy for the kids (and actually I try to do this every year but I usually cave in and buy more). I'm feeling guilty about this... and I shouldn't, because I know they will also receive mountains of chocolate from family and friends!
Master 5 likes to eat all of his chocolate in one sitting if possible. Until he makes himself physically ill and there is absolutely nothing left. Miss 7 on the other hand, likes to nibble at hers. Savour it. She likes to make it last for weeks and just have a little bit here and there. While this is great for her, from my point of view its frustrating - she leaves so much chocolate lying around that I feel compelled to help her get rid of it by eating it, usually once she's gone to bed for the night hehe!
I remember last year, probably around October, she asked me if she could have one of her Easter Eggs? I laughed and laughed... oh honey, sorry, mummy ate it all, MONTHS ago!
Do you "help" your kids with their Easter chocolate too?
Recently I met with Krystal and her extended family at the Tamborine Mountain Botanic Gardens for their family session - we had a lovely afternoon in such a beautiful location. Here's a few of the favourites from our afternoon:
Thank you guys for a lovely afternoon!
