Too much rain? and a 6 month milestone session

How did you survive the torrential rain last week?  Thankfully we had no damage - but crazy how we can go from "Please let it rain!" a few weeks ago, to us now saying:

"No more, thanks, we've had enough!"

Our tanks are overflowing, the grass is green again and now the humidity is back with a vengeance.   The grass grew to knee high length in just over a week, and now the flies and mozzies are taking over.  Are you over it now too?  I always forget how inconvenient rain is, it happens so rarely!

Thank goodness we were able to get the roof sheets done on the extension a few weeks ago, to catch all that extra water!

I've been lucky enough to capture this gorgeous family on several occasions - and this session was all about celebrating Hunter's 6 month milestone!   I totally love this age group - so smiley, so joyful and just delighted with everything!   Check out those baby blue eyes and infectious smile - soo cute!

For this session, we captured some fun outdoor family images, and then moved into the studio for some posed images in a new outfit (seriously how gorgeous is he in his bow tie!!)
